FAQ

What is Mug?

Mug is a facial communication app designed for unfiltered, authentic moments. It has two key features:

  1. Mugshots: When you send a photo or video (a “Mug”), your friend’s reaction is recorded the moment they open it and sent back to you as a Mugshot.

Chat Thumbnails: In text chat, every time you send a message, your front-facing camera captures a snapshot of your face at that exact moment, making every conversation more expressive

  • Mugshots: When you send a Mug (photo or video), your friend’s reaction is recorded as they view it and sent back to you.
